TESTIMONAL "Free At Last"
In the immortal words of Dr. Martin Luther King. "Free at last, free at last, God Almighty, free at last" I am a 52 year old woman with knots, tender spots, and constant muscle tension from 23 years living with Fibromyalgia, abdominal scars and adhesions from 2 C-sections and a uterine suspension, neck pain and tightness from bulging disks, lower back pain from spinal arthritis, knee pain from arthritis, and a low back hematoma from a fall where I landed on icy steps. I have tried Physical Therapy, Acupuncture, TENS units, Traction, Chiropracty, Whirlpool Baths, Massage Therapy, Stretches, Yoga and a variety of medications. Some treatments did nothing for me, some made me outright sick, others would have short-term wellness effects. The treatment which provided the most pain relief was massage therapy, but the biggest relief only lasted as long as the massage session. Mary Loveless uses sustained, gentle stretches, guided to my tolerance on my scars, adhesions, knots, tender areas and tight muscles. When she feels a "give" or "release" of the restriction, she stays in the same spot, but moves deeper and deeper as each layer of the restriction gives way. When she has completely and permanently obliterated that tightness, it and the pain from that particular restriction are gone, never to return. It is interesting sometimes having to learn new ways of walking, moving or sitting, because your muscles are no longer caught or bound up and can move freely and without pain. Ah, but what sweet freedom it is !

Testimonial
I've been living with back and neck pain for most of my life, but after seeing Mary at the Back In Motion I'm living virtually pain free. I feel good enough to go hunting for the first time in years. I've been able to go back to work with just a few restrictions. This is the most amazing therapy that I have ever had in my life. I just wish I could have found it 20 years ago and not lived in pain all those years.
Thank You Mary
